This project is something... I'm doing a major renovation on a house. The existing is a regular straight staircase. I will end up with a circular stair. This means a new opening in both levels. How do I create those new openings in the floor (using the phases) without interfering the existing.

This is a perfect time to use the design option mode. A bit complicated but a little patience to learn this goes a long way especially on renovation jobs.
