Elevation tags for ceiling plans

Is there a way to get spot dimensions to tag ceiling heights instead of the floor above in a ceiling plan?

There is a ceiling tag supplied with revit that reports teh height aff. or if you use the spot dim tool, you need to select an edge of the ceiling.
