You have to dimension at least as a chain. When you place the two dimensions (or more) deselect and reselect the dim. line and you should see an EQ with a slash through it somewhere (sometimes it is hard to find but it it there). Select the EQ and once you deselect it should change the annotation value to "EQ".
*Be careful with the way you create dimensions that have EQ because if you select an entire dimension chain with varying dimension lengths but have alternating EQ pairs you are wanting it will try to make all the stringers in the chain the same EQ and it will change your model.
