ELEVATION TAG FORMAT

Two questions.  Both regarding elevations tags.  Please see attached SCREENSHOT Section.jpg.

1. For some reason, the text in the ground floor elevation tag defaults to wrapping. Two lines of text result instead of just one line of text as shown on the second floor elevation tag.  This occurs in all Revit projects I create.  Glitch?  If it's the same tag family as in 2nd floor elevation tag then why would it have unique behavior?

2. How to edit elevation tag locations in section view?  Do they need to be shared?

My first thought is the test box on the level tag is not long enought. You can edit the family and make it longer so the text does not wrap. Have you tried this?

In the elevation - if the level markers are from the linked file - you will not be able to move them. You can turn them off in the linked model and use the ones in your file.
