Welcome to the forum Steve.
Super easy to make sloped floor. Make your concrete
slab driveway, usually on the ground, and before
you finish your sketch lines, hit "Slope Arrow" on
the Modify ribbon.
Then from the center of one end of the driveway
draw the arrow to the other end.
Then just look over on the properties pallet and
see the settings for tail height and head height
and offset etc. Then click the green check on the
ribbon and you got it.
A pad or a floor element can be used to create a drive if it is one element and pretty much one slope. If you need the drive to follow contours or curve you can use a sub-region on the toposurface and then assign a different material to the subregion.
