Drawing is corrupting sheet printing

Have had this problem before.

In Revit Arch. 2011 running on XP, have a drawing set printing to 11x17. All other sheets but Site Plan print fine, Site Plan prints one line of random text mixed with smiley faces, card symbols, and dollar signs on the top line of about 20 8.5x11's.

Print preview shows no issue, and printing the Site Plan Sheet with the drawing removed (only titleblock) prints fine.

Site plan has no topo. Essentially printing Site View Range of building and annotations with some detail lines.

Any ideas?

Does this occur if you print the View, and not just the Sheet?

Printing Site Plan via current window and selected view are corrupted also. Did a zoom extents on the 3D model to see if there was anything wierd floating in the model and nothing came up. Nothing in View properties seems out of order either.

Is the Site Plan an imported DWG file? Does turning this off remove the "corruption"?

Site plan is without DWG or any imports.  its the Site Plan defualt view range (Top Range of level 1 @ 200' 0" Bottom Range 0' 0" of Level 1) and I brought it down to 60' to no avail.

View includes model building with detail lines and annotations.

Does your project employ any "non-standard" fonts? I have seen a couple of strange behaviors from certain font types. Also, does the error appear if you plot to PDF? If so, could you post so we can get a better visual?

Also, Ive deleted the Site View, copied Level 1, modified view range to allow for Site Plan and renamed to site plan, and still get the same problem.

No non-standard fonts. Using the defualt Arial at 1/8".

Prints to PDF well enough, and I guess its another thing to add to the workaround list.

Would like to figure out whats causing the error though.

Attached is PDF which is as expected from Print to PDF, and also the Prints As from print to printer where that is one page of (16) 8.5x11's  that all have that type of text on the top line.

Three more tests in an attempt to isolate the problem:

1. If printed from another computer, does this occur?

2. If this Model is imported into a new project, and the Site Plan printed from there, does it still occur?

3. Try changing plot method from Vector to Raster or vice versa.

Site Plan did print on another machine.

Installed a new driver for my machine and now able to print document.

Stumped on why it printed all other sheets other than Site Plan prior to update.

Thanks for your help and consideration!
