Draping an image/material over multiple objects

Hey everyone in a bit of a jam at work trying to render a custom panel design. I'm trying to apply one large image as a material over multiple objects. My work around ( that's not working) is breaking the picture up in photoshop to the size of each panel and then making a new material for each panel which has been pretty time consuming and not working the way I planned. I'm also working on overlaying the image in photoshop post render but that doesn't look that great either. Hoping someone might have an idea on how to solve this! I attached an image of the panel system I'm working with.

I suggest to use Decal instead of material:

  1. break the picture in Photoshop as you already did.
  2. make a Decal for every piece of broken image
  3. apply Decal to faces , one by one ...stretch the Decal so to fit your face....Decals can be apply to flat or cuved sufaces
