Date stamp?

Could someone point me to a tut or quickly explain setting up or modifying the date stamp so that it shows without the time element.

It's not possible with regular tools. Probably through programming. The only thing you could do is shrink the label so that the date shows in the first line, and the time in the second, and then adjust the margins of your printer's settings so that the time goes off printing limits.

Thanks I'll give that a go. I tried masking it but doesn't seem to work either.
