Data in the File is corrupt and needs to be manually recovered.

My project file is corrupted.  I try to recover the project via the central and local backup folder, however the backups are also corrputed.  I also try to look for backups via the Journals folder, and again the same thing happen.  I know Autodesk can recover such damaged file, but I have no idea where I can get the help.  Can anyone give me some direction?  Thanks,

If you are on subscription - you can go through the subscription center and put a ticket in to Autodesk. Or you can contact your reseller and have them do it.

I will see if I can get some help for you here...
