Changing .pat scales

Can someone refresh me on where I need to go to change the scale of a fill pattern. I have brick walls that the brick facade scales about 1/2 of what it should be.

After reviewing the following forum post, it looks like you can set the Import Scale of the PAT file when you import it into your Fill Pattern:
