Can't create a new sheet in revit with design options

I'm trying to create a new sheet , currently using design options, the create new sheet option is grayed out. Any ideas why this is happening

Hi. You can only create sheets in the main model.

In the design options dialog in the status bar, switch to main model, and create your sheets.
