Callout tags with shared parameters?

I am working with callout tags, and found that shared parameters cannot be used in them. I would like to be able to have the callout tags reference my sheet numbers, which are created with a combination of a few shared parameters. Any way I can do this?

For example, typically the callout tags reference one parameter called "Sheet Number". I need to add a building code to the sheet number due to the size of the project, and client standards. So the titleblock will read "01-101", which is created with a label referencing a shared parameter for the building code (01) and the sheet number (101).

Any thoughts? If you're wondering why I don't just make the sheet number alone read "01-101", it's because I have a third shared parameter in between the two numbers (01-AA-101). If I could make the "AA" part invisible on the tags, that would work for me as well.

Thank you.
