CAD file fails to be imported,

Running Revit 2013 Architecture - everytime we attempt to import an existing CAD titleblock into a titleblock family (as to transfer the titleblock into Revit) it causes Revit to crash.  Tried this on 3 PCs in our office with the same result.

The CAD file is clean, w/o errors and imports correctly into Revit 2010 which is installed on a 4th PC.

Running all recent updates of 2013 on W7 64bit.

Thanks,

Hello and Welcome to the discussion!

If I understand - you are wanting to recreate your AutoCAD titleblock in Revit.

Are you bringing it into a .rfa file? Creating a new titleblock family?

If you would like to send me your titleblock - I can check it out and see what is happening...

It it helps, I am an Autodesk reseller - I do this all the time to help my clients.

My email is below. if not then we can continue the discussion here, your choice.

You can't think AutoCAD and run Revit.
