according to this wikihelp page Worksharing Monitor you can monitor server-based worksharing using revit server, with Autodesk 360 Express

pulled from the wikihelp (Note: The Worksharing Monitor is not available when working with server-based workshared projects. For server-based worksharing, use Autodesk 360 Express to monitor project activity. You can also track submission history in the Revit Server Administrator)

where do you get Autodesk 360 Express from?

it would have been easier to say Project Bluestreak instead of Autodesk 360 Express
