Assembly type occupancy has fixed seating or not?

Hi Sir,

How can we figure out whether an Assembly type occupancy has fixed seating or not using revit 2013 API. Which room property tells us about the fixed seating?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks and Regards,

Nitin Kumar.

That would be a property of the seating family, not of the room.

Based on your question, I'd suggest you investigate more about how Revit families and parameters work.  There is no inherent property in a seating family that knows whether or not it is fixed or movable.  You have to create the parameter, and then assign a value to it.
