Assembly code as classification code?

I’m rather new to Revit, but I would like to classify my building objects according to Dutch Standards.
This Norm is a classification norm as
C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Building 9.1\Program\UniformatClassifications.txt

Challenges that I have now:
How to adjust the file UniformatClassifications.txt to Dutch Standards? (were to find help about this file?)

How to attach this Assembly code to Instances?
For example a wall (family) used in Foundation, should have other Classification, than wall used in skeleton.(same Family)

Thanks in advance,

What do you want to use the classifications for? If it's just for scheduling
you can create a shared parameter file and include a Classification
parameter in it that could apply to any object, and be instance or
type-based.

I would like to use classification for:
- Have the objects classified for estimation
- Specification
- Keynoting
- Cost calculation
- LCC etc. etc.

For each purpose, a classification can have reasons and norms. First question that i had: "I assume that the file UniformatClassification.txt can be aligned to local standards? Or not??"
