Is it possible to create Arc Aligned Text in Revit? as in Autocad
Not that I know of at this time.

Revit does not have a tool to do that. At least not as simple text or annotation. But if you really have to do it, even though it is a model, you could host a model text family with one letter at points that are hosted on a spline, in the generic adaptive template. You could load it in a project, but not into other types of families.
Alfredo, is this still the best method for text along an arc in Revit 2015? I plan on using this method to create a family for a digital architect's stamp.
There are two other workarounds you could try:
1: create a single character of text, then do a radial array of that as needed to get the orientation you need (be sure you deselect the check-box "Keep readable", otherwise this method breaks down when you need the text to span from the upper to lower half of the arc, as the lower half text will rotate out of position from the upper. Before doing the array you'll need to get a rough idea of how many characters you have, and about the angular distance the text will span so you can do the math on how many degrees to array the first text.
2: create the text you need in autoCAD using the arc function (can't remember exactly how to do it, haven't done it in years), then import into Revit.
Ten years later - still no tool to label along paths. Would be very useful for site plan road and
water ways.
You can host an adaptive family with instance text parameter on a divided spline.
