2013 railings

I was just experimenting with the 2013 railings to make some stair handrails and noticed a few things. 

Working on a dogleg stair with a central spine wall I've placed a wall mounted railing on wall side of the stair.

The railing on the upper flight does not appear in section view. I undertsand this is a know bug.but the other thing is the botton handrail extension turn into the wall and the handrail does not fillet correctly in plan view.

Is there a workaround to this?

Try changing the view from coarse to medium or fine.

Makes no difference.  I've put in a subscripotion support request.  will report findings....
