1/4" Scale Plans

Our typical floor plans are 1/8" but we will also use 1/4" scale plans on our larger buildings. For example we may show an entire level on an 1/8" scale plan and then create 3 or so 1/4" scale plans showing the same 1/8" plan in pieces. Is there an easier way to do this than to create duplicate views, duplicate text, dimensions etc. I know that you can duplicate with detailing but is there an easier way?

Yeah, I'm going to try that as well. The client wants 1/4" scale plans of
each individual suite (30) without any dims, tags, etc.

I thought I'd be doing it the hard way....Dup w/Detailing, Crop Region,
Select, Filter, Delete, Filled Region (WhiteOut) and after all that, having
to Print, PDF and try to center the damn thing on letter-size....for each
suite.

Hopefully your method will be quicker and easier.
