Revit API open the file in collaboration locally

Help me how to open the file automatically with the option to create a new local file with the references (in this file is opened in the name of the user name appears.)
I'm trying to use the
UIApplication.OpenAndActivateDocument (ModelPath, Openoptions, bool) with the option DoNotDetach and boolean argument "detachAndPrompt" = true.
Unfortunately, the file is opened as a double click.
Manually file can be opened using the menu command to open-> project, select the project file, with links to set the option to create a new local. How is it possible to perform this command with the API?
