Revit 2014 API Listing Material Properties

Hi

I'm trying to use the 'MaterailProperties' project from the Revit 2014 SDK to list out the material properties of the selected element. All I get is zeros for the physical property values. See attached screen shot.

I've check the material property values in revit and they all seem OK. I'm using 2014, but the same thing happens in 2013.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Actually you will need to look using the StructuralAssetId property of the material, like shown at http://thebuildingcoder.typepad.com/blog/2013/01/read-material-asset-parameter.html

Also, the UnitUtils.ConvertFromInternalUnits should help you convert from the internal unit to the display unit
