I've bought Microsoft Visual Basic.NET 2003 Unleashed by Gantenbein et al, which I'm working through at the moment, but of course there are no specific Revit-based examples. I also DO have the RevitAPI.chm help file, and am doing what I can with that.
Are there any particular books/websites that anyone would recommend to someone experienced in Autolisp (as opposed to Visual Lisp) wanting to learn and 'migrate to' VB or C# for the purposes of Revit programming?
