Failed to initialize the add-in...

I'm new here,

I've installed Revit 2012 and wrote an add-in program,

the program can be compiled and add-in tab appeared in Revit,

but could anyone tell me how to solve this problem...

In the addin file, you must give the exact name of the class (including possible name space(s)), which represents your external command. Such a class must inherit IExternalCommand Interface. I also believe that the name of the class is case sensitive so check your spelling.
