Correct Parameter Units (Metric)

Hi there.

I am using an addin currently to interrogate the instance and type parameters of windows.  While the interrogation works, the units come out incoherent.  A 1000mm wide window, comes out as 3.2808........

Both the original template and the window are Metric based.

I need to obviously make sure I get the correct values for length and height, any help most welcome.

I have attached a copy of the code as currently written if that helps.

Below is a quotation from some place...can't remember where. But it states quite clearly about this unit mess in Revit.

Note: Since Revit stores lengths in feet and other basic quantities in metric units, a derived unit

involving length will be a non-standard unit based on both the Imperial and the Metric

systems. For example, since a force is measured in “mass-length per time squared”, it is

stored in kg-ft / s2.
