Error about opening AutodeskReCap.msi file during installation

Hello All,

I am trying to install the free trial for ReCap Pro.  I keep getting a message that says "The System cannot open the device or file specified. C:\Use\rpayne\AppData\Temp\_AIBCDF.tmp\x64\RC2014\AutodeskReCap.msi"

There is an OK button and when I click on it the install aborts.

Thinking that there might have been a problem with the downloaded file, I downloaded the file again and still have the same problem.

I have attached a picture of the message.  Thanks for any and all help.

Are you trying to install on Windows machine?

Yes I am still unable to install the program.

The specs for my computer are as follows:

OS: Windows 7
Dell Precision T3500
24gb memory
Intel Xeon processor @ 3.07GHz
ATI FirePro V5900 Graphics Card 1GB Mem.

Hi, I'm told this has been fixed in the latest release (available now for download at autodesk.com/recap).  Can you have another try?
