Recap 360 Sharing Point Clouds

When attempting to share a ReCap 360 scan, I get the following error: "The sharing operation failed.  The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request."  


Has anybody seen this or can anyone help resolve?  


I also tried to find out if "sharing" was a ReCap 360 subscription-only feature, but from what I've found, sharing is not limited to subscription-only.  I am currently running with my standard Autodesk Subscription benefits of 25 GB of storage, but have not purchased ReCap 360 subscription.

Try by accessing and sharing the project folder from the Autodesk360 page.


This is the place where all of your project folders are stored and from where you may manage your space.

You can sign in by using the same credentials.
