I have Quick CAD 7.0 (build54) installed on a Windows NT system. I
find it curious that File,Page Setup,Printer Page allows one to choose
a paper source & that this choice can't be overridden later on when
Print, Properties is used. Suppose one is not using the default
printer; how does Page Setup know what paper trays are available?
Until I realized that Page Setup was where the paper tray choice
should be made, I was rather frustrated that I couldn't make the
choice with Print, Properties--for the actual printer I had chosen. I
had wanted transparencies & kept getting paper.

Working with QC7 today and File,Page Setup,Printer Page I note that
one choice for Paper Source is "Use Driver Setting". With this choice
I seem to be able to later choose the paper tray with Print,
Properties when I go to print (actually I printed to file and then
looked at the PostScript file). It could be that when I had the
trouble described below, the Paper Source choice was not "Use Driver
Setting". Trying different perturbations convinces me that this was
the problem.
