Hi Craig,
QuickCAD will open .PLT/.PRN files....there are still compatability
issues..ie. Version 4.11 will not open a .PLT file created in AutoCAD R14.
If you are using QuickCAD V6 or V7 there should not be any problems.
AutoCAD or LT will not open .PLT files so there is no point even thinking
about going down that road.
I have heard that Corel Draw will also open .PLT files.

That is good to know because autosketch can not open plt files

I stand corrected.....QuickCAD V6 will not open .PLT files...and I don't
know about V7...it still hasn't been released in Australia yet.
QuickCAD V4.11 can open .PLT/.PRN files.
