After working with Quickcad for approx an hour, the screen starts to go
black and white , followed by "insufficient memory" warning. My version is
3.02. I have 64 RAM installed and a large hard disk and never run any other
program at the same time. Can anybody help?

    Christal,

There's a few things to fiddle with maybe. Check the
connectors on the back of both the monitor and the video
card. You might even want to open the computer and reseat
the card. If this were actually a problem, you probably
would see the same effect with other programs.

Also, check to make sure you have the latest video drivers
    installed.

Lastly, try reinstalling the program with no active programs
running in the background, including virus protection.

    Stay tuned for other suggestions.

This sounds like a system problem rather than a QC problem.

I've experience with other software, that has this insufficient " memory
problems" especially one with rendering abilities.

It seems to me that the computer actually create large file in the temp
directory when you do rendering and some other stuff.

go to your temp directory to check this out, perhaps you might need to erase the
    unwanted file.

    good luck!
