I tried to attach them to the discussion board but it would not let me. I someone is willing to help me email me at mumu@abv.bg or give me your email to send them to you

If ZIPPING the file doesn't work for attaching to
a post to the newsgroup, you can send it to me.
Ask me in the email what you want explicitly, I'll
do the conversion if I can.
