Tools/Customize Commands/Bitmaps/Assign.
I'm trying to move QuickCAD to a new computer without having to reconfigure
everything and need the name and location of this file(s).

Just use the CD, it would be a lot faster !
What you are quoting is not a file, it is a registry setting.
