Save CAD file as .jpg or .tiff

Can this be done in QuickCAD? Or is there a way to insert a .cad drawing into a WORD document and then print the document without circles or curves in the drawing printing as polygons?

If you have PDF995 or CuteWriter you can use the >file.print feature in
QuickCad, then print your document in PDF format.

Found this online, it worked for me in version Autocad Architecture 2008:

"The best method to create a *.jpg fr autocad is to use one of its virtual printers. to do this invoke the 'print' command, select 'Publish to Web JPG.pc3', then follow instructions. The PC3 file is customizable thru properties. play with the settings to get the right image you need."

Go to plot, under printer /plotter name select 'Publish to Web JPG.pc3'. I got a pop up to save, so I saved to my desktop. I then opened the file and edited (cropping the pic in picture program like windows if need be). Hope this helps.
