Sorry...my mistake. There is no revision cloud command in version 7...it was added in version 8.

Cloud wasn't added until V8. You can still draw one though. Click on
Single Polyline control. In the edit menu, set the bulge factor to 1 or -1
and click 3 or more lines around what you want to circle.
