    Printing grid points

    Is there any way to print the grid to paper? Can I print the grid as points?

    Dwayne,

    The grid that displays is a background drawing reference only and cannot be
    printed. The only way I know to print a "grid" is to create the grid using array
    then print it.

    You can do both of those things. Keith suggested the Array tool, which I agree
    with. Create a rectangle with the grid dimensions you need. Use the 2D
    Coordinate box for that. Start drawing the rectangle and type and the dialog
    box will appear. Type the grid values in (use tab to toggle) and hit Enter.
    Close with a Snap. Select the rectangle and choose the Rectangular Array tool.
    Put in the appropriate values and you got it.

    To make points, you'll have to use small circles, and then the Rectangular Array
    tool. Same as above.
