Are you using MOBU 2011? CopyTake duplicates all layers in MOBU 2010 but just the first two: BaseAnimation and AnimLayer1 in 2011. Plus: if you have a third one or more it makes a crappy mess with the CtrlRig anim. (MoBU 2011 and service pack 1)
