I used map to convert the .dgn files over. My issue is that the .cel files associated with the .dgn file do not convert over as well. Anyone have any ideas or software that will do the conversions for you without having to purchase a full seat of microstation?

We use a product called DGNlink that works pretty well but all we have to convert are State Standards. I am not familiar with the .cel files. Do those contain other "design" data?
I keep trying to use AutoCAD to import the DGN files but the program we use still converts them better. Maybe if I took the time to see what I could configure with AutoCAD it would do a better job.
