I need to know if standard AutoCAD, Civil or Map allows field collected GPS attribute data and place the associated UTM or Lat/Long on a drawing. And, to be more specific, the field collected data is dropped to an MS Excel file to be used in CAD.
Specifically, WHICH software is best designed to do this?

I would say Civil 3D. It has survey tools included.
For more info on how, ask over on the C3D forum.
