OK....got it installed but no UK content??

I am glad you were able to get Spark to install correctly.  Spark is a technology preview and localized content was not provided.  It is still good feedback for our team to know this content is important to you as a user.

not sure how much of a preview it is as its a bit unclear why its different from revit with the concept modelling and rendering removed....if the non-compatibility with revit on the files is to be permanent then its useless technology.
