Just a comment, in my case the exe file took ages after clicking to get going.

After installing and on first use it said template file not there.

Not a big deal, until you come to try out the tutorials!  Almost impossible to proceed without the

template file.

Can anyone post these?

Same here, only templates are 2 .rfa in the progam folder, no templates folder although the path \Templates is set in options.

We still don't know why the content doesn't install for some people.  However, for those who are experiencing this problem, the content is now available as a separate download here:
