On several occasions, I have gotten the following message (even though the "Labs" page shows me to be logged-in):
You don't have permission to access "http://labs-download.autodesk.com/esd/labs/Autodes
Wow. That sounds like a company firewall that does not let you download EXEs. Or perhaps something is going wrong with your install of the download manager. Let's try this with Internet Explorer:
Thanks so much. That solution DID work. I should tell you, however, that I download a couple of exe's everyday, so I don't think the firewall is the problem. Anyway, I am able to download thru the site that you offered. Thanks again.
Hi, I click the download button after sign in. Then I see a file name 'Autodesk_Project_Galilo_X86' appears only my screen desktop, but its size is just 10.21 kb. Nothing happen when I click it, don't know why. The Project Galileo Installer is supposed to be 357 Mb for 32bit, I just dont know why I cannot do the entire download.
Also, I cannot download the Tiny Town or Autodesk Material Libraries files. I get a message says file damaged/corrupted.
