I'm seeing the same thing, on different copmuters I've tried it on. Is the recording time based on an account, or space on a hard drive?

Thanks for the feedback.
Please try freeing up space on your hard drive or setting the local folder to a different drive that has more space (under tools, preferences). You need at least 1GB or 5% of your total hard drive space available, whichever is larger.
We will reduce this constraint in the next system update.
