Here's some things I've run into so far:
1. It would be nice of there was a way to set a query area. I zoom out and I have the whole state of Virginia loaded.
2. I have issues with the imagery disappearing when I'm in a layout tab. It'll be there and then when I zoom a tick, it disappears then reappears.
3.I've had a few issues with the print quality. I tried to print out several layouts and the imagery was very rough looking.
It's still a pretty handy tool though.
