Civil 3D 2013, SP! - I've downloaded Project Basejump and instantly love the clarity of the image once connected to the Bing maps. I love how clear the images get when you zoom in. So, I'm off to a good start. Now I've zoomed into the area that I'll be working in. Now I head over to my layout tab to set my viewport. I zoom into the general area that I'm working in. I use the DVIEW command and twist the view. All the resolution of the image is now lost. I've done a REGEN and reset my VP scale with no luck. I've attached to images to review. Is anyone else running into this issue? And if so, please tell me how you resolved it, if you did?
Thanks in advance,
Jason

Refreshing the raster imagery might work.
With the Task Pane open (MAPWSPACE), select Aerial, this will activate the content sensitive ribbon tab Raster Layer,
Click on Resample and the imagery should reload and the display should be almost as good as before DV TW.
Command is also on shortcut menu when you right click on Aerial in Task Pane, here it is called Resample Raster.
I have found that this works with limited success after switching to an isometric view.

Kyle,
I tried your suggestion. It's pretty straight forward. Thanks for the input, but that didn't help. The resolution was a little better (way better than before), however it just reduced the pixelation fo the refreshed image and the image is still unreadablle. Check out the attached images.
Thanks again,
Jaosn

Wow! I see your image is perfect. I just tested on my end and it appears that if you DVIEW at a 90 degree angle you'll have no issues. Try something like a 45 degree angle and tell me what you get please.
Thanks for all your help.

You found the issue. Twist angle really does impact and degrade resolution. That is a big problem.
See attached. Twist angles 0 45 65.

Thanks for all your help on this. I just wanted to verify that it wasn't just me having the issue.
