    pagesetup sheet size fails

We have standard pagesetups in our template sheet file for each plotter and
sheet size as well as a lisp routine (courtesy of posting several years ago)
that loads the pagesetups into each dwg from the template file as it opens. Have
been successfully using this for several years - soemthing has changed and sheet
sizes are failing. We have taken it thru several versions of Autocad, currently
running 2008, 2009 and 2011. Plotters configurations and sheet sizes saved in
PC3 files with PMP attached on network drive. All paths set and each machine
installed with same plotter drivers. We have converted network from Novel to
Windows, but all PC3 files have been re-created from scratch as well as the
template files. Still not able to get the sheet sizes to hold. Any
    suggestions?

The pagesetups don't find the correct sheet size. In any drawing, If I go into Page Setup manager, the sheet sizes and pc3 select the correct sheet size, but If I select those same pagesetups in the plot dialogue box to change plotters the sheet size defaults to 18x12. I have PAPERUPDATE set to 0.

PC3 files are networked with saved PMP files, and each machine network printer paths are set. It's like the PC3 file is not taking control.....?
