Unable to plot in B/W despite plotstyle, problem probably caused by visual style

Every plotting comes out in the normal standard 'acad.ctb' colour instead of the assigned plotstyle that is definitely most definitely B/W with its own assigned lineweights.

I did everything relating to the plotstyles and printing options until coming to the conclusion that the problem is most probably caused by the 2D Wireframe visual style.

It seems to be corrupted as you can see below and the reset to default doesnt work for it (2d wireframe style) in this one particular drawing.

Anyone here experiencing the same problem and have or seen solutions to this?

Cheers, Thom.

1. Test with the MONOCHROME.CTB file.
2. Ensure your PLOT dialog box is set to use plot style tables.
3. Ensure your file is actually using CTB and is not looking for an STB.
4. Ensure your screen colors are not 'truecolors", only colors 1-through 254.
5. You can test your plot style table settings, without plotting, simply by launching PAGESETUP command and checking the box labeled DISPLAY PLOT STYLE found under the plot style selection pulldown.
