Printing A3 on Windows Server 2012

Looks like the format is not forwarded correctly to the printer when printing A3, it comes out as A4. If we change paper format in printer properties to A3 it works fine.

Any ideas?

What do you need to know and I will get you the info.

1. What are you plotting to?
2. using what driver? Driver version?
3. AutoCAD version?
4. Do you use a PC3 file or plot directly to the WIndows system driver?
5. If you have AutoCAD installed and are using it on Win Server 2012 then that is an unsupported OS and there is no official fix.
