Plotting to PDF, lineweight too thick?

I have already checked LWT and it's set to default, aclt.ctb is selected, and my drawings are plotting to PDF with line thickness much heavier than what is represented on the CAD viewport?  I am using the full version of Adobe Acrobat 7.0 as well.  I have read through and tried all of the suggestions on this board and nothing seems to work?

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you plotting with the dwg to pdf.pc3 file? or something else?

AutoCAD version?

Did you try any settings changes to PDF driver output?

I figured out that my default line weight setting was set to 0.25mm, which was causing the problem.

Thanks for the reply.
