Out of Memory HP Designjet 500 - C3D & Design Review

Hi all,

Perhaps this is not correct forum, please direct me if not.

I have been assigned to modify existing dwg - I believe created with 2011 or 2012 Civil 3D. I am using Civil 3D 2013.

It consists of several plan & profiles, detail sheets and two sheets of notes. Everything is good (I plot to dwf then use DR to plot to our HP 500) except for the note sheets. It appears these were created by cut and paste from another project (? Originator not with company anymore) and contain several blocks of mtext that are in a viewport in paper space.

The plotted output is missing portions of the notes and title sheet border. The HP reports that it is out of memory when this happens. I have tried selecting the convert to bitmap option (output is actually worse - dropping more). I exploded the mtext - same result.

Anyone? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Here is the culprit in a dwg and dwf version if it helps. (wouldn't let me attach dwf - said the content doesn't match the file type?)
