Macro to Batch Plot to PDF, then print PDF

The guys at my work do tons of batch plots, however, AutoCAD does batch plots as separate jobs. Therefore, when they go to pick up their prints, they are all interlaced between several jobs and they have to sort them out. Not only that, but the printer has to prepare each page individually. I'm looking for a way to merge all the pages into a single print job, and then send this single job to the printer. The far, the best option seems to be batch plotting to PDF, then printing the PDF. If there is a better way, please enlighten me. Otherwise, is there a way to create a batch file to automate this process? Select the files to plot, then automatically batch-plot them to a temporary PDF, then print the PDF?

Have all the PDFs dump into a watched folder set to print on your server.
Put this in a Google search box:

how to print pdfs in a watched folder
