I'm running DWG True View 2013 on a Windows XP system sp3, and when I try to plot on a RICOH AFICIO MP W2400 plotter a wide format dwg file, the custom paper size buttons are disabled (add, edit, etc).
The driver of the machine is a RPCS. Through the machines pc3 file and the plotter's preferences, I can't manage to enable the custom paper sizes. How can I manage to activate custom paper size?
PLEASE HELP , I CAN'T FIND A SOLUTION.
